The Opportunity

RealTime Medical delivers innovative application solutions that improve patient care and meet the unique needs of our healthcare customers by empowering radiologists to work efficiently and sustainably and providing our healthcare customers with tailored solutions that meet their unique needs and streamline workflows. The Role

You will

Ensure effective office operations and organization, and support business processes and communication in support of patient outcomes and improved efficiency of healthcare delivery.

  • Maintain organized file storage and archiving systems.
  • Manage the Regus account, including booking meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place timely orders.
  • Assist the Director of Operations & Services with doctor credentialing.
  • Assist in producing monthly reports using internal tools.
  • Support year-end audit duties (March/April).
  • Make travel arrangements for the team.
  • Draft professional letters and emails.
  • Participate in organizing team activities.

The Candidate

Must-have qualifications

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) at an intermediate to advanced level.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Access to a vehicle and the ability to travel occasionally during regular business hours (Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm).
  • Based in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA).

Nice-to-haves

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic bookkeeping and/or QuickBooks knowledge.
