Job summary

Lindsay Construction in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, is seeking an Office Administrator to be the friendly face of the office, greet visitors, answer calls, manage mail, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have prior reception or admin experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), strong organization, and a professional, courteous demeanor. Salary range is CAD 48,000–50,000 with benefits and annual incentives.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, or office support
  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration or related field is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning new software and office systems
  • Professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
