Position : Key Accounts Administrator (3-month contract, potential extension)

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate and coordinate with various departments (Estimating, Operations & Service) to ensure detailed and accurate support for clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through daily interactions, maintaining attention to detail and delivering fast turnaround times.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Effective and courteous interaction with staff, customers, and the public
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment as a team player
  • Commitment to confidentiality
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude, customer-focused, with integrity, empathy, and sincerity in challenging situations
