Job summary

Kyndryl Canada is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Architect to support Copilot and AI transformation initiatives across enterprise organizations. This remote contract role targets senior-level change leadership and extensive executive-level engagement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

Overview

Kyndryl Canada is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Architect to support Copilot and AI transformation initiatives across enterprise organizations.

This role requires a seasoned change leader with extensive experience advising senior executives, leading OCM workstreams, and driving successful adoption of emerging technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with executive sponsors, technical architects, and consulting teams to deliver impactful AI and Copilot transformation programs.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and organizational impacts.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
• Passion for AI and innovation.

Required Certification

• Prosci Certification (Required)
