The Lead, AI & Automation Process is a unique opportunity for a highly adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic role that blends project management, business analysis, and digital transformation. This role combines the strategic planning and leadership of a Project Manager with the analytical, process improvement, and solution design expertise of a Business Analyst, requiring the successful candidate to seamlessly transition between multiple responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting to the Program Manager, AI & Automation, the role will independently manage projects, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision. Strong communication, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to lead complex discussions, manage competing priorities, and ensure successful project delivery through business analysis, testing, and user acceptance.

The expected salary range for this position is $86,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year.
