Job summary

SE Health in Canada is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver person-centered home and community-based care. You will assess clients, set goals, and plan and implement goal-directed, client-centered treatment programs to maximize independence.

Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO registration)
  • Recent experience in managing patients inacute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while supporting positive client outcomes
  • Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • A positive work and attendance record is essential
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications
  • This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
