SE Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, person-centered care in clients' homes and communities. You will assess, set goals, and develop treatment plans within an interdisciplinary team, promoting independence and meaningful outcomes for clients.

This hybrid role enables remote work and direct client interaction, with opportunities for growth through education bursaries, mentorship, and leadership development across Canada.

Formación

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
  • Experience in acute/rehab or community rehab is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO registration)
  • Recent experience in managing patients inacute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while supporting positive client outcomes
  • Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • A positive work and attendance record is essential
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications

This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
