Job summary

SE Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a compassionate, interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality care in clients\' homes and community settings. You will assess needs, set goals, and implement client-centered treatment plans to maximize independence.

The role supports a hybrid work model, enabling remote collaboration with clients and onsite visits in acute/rehab or community settings. A strong emphasis on growth, benefits, and professional development is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and member in good standing of COTO.
• Recent experience in acute/rehab or community-based rehab preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO registration)
• Recent experience in managing patients inacute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while supporting positive client outcomes
• Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
• Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• A positive work and attendance record is essential
• Ability to adapt to new computer applications

This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
