Job summary

SE Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver client-centered care in home and community settings across Canada. You will assess clients, set goals, and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

The role follows a hybrid work model, enabling remote work with clients in acute, rehab, or community settings. Growth opportunities, education bursaries, and mentorship are highlights of SE Health.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and registered with COTO.
• Recent experience in acute/rehab or community-based rehab preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive work and attendance record; adaptable to new computer applications.

Requirements

• A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO registration)
• Recent experience in managing patients inacute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while supporting positive client outcomes
• Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
• Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• A positive work and attendance record is essential
• Ability to adapt to new computer applications

This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
