Job summary

SE Health in Canada seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver client-centred care in home and community settings. You’ll assess, set goals, and design goal-directed programs within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited OT program.
  • Member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
  • Experience in acute/rehab or community-based rehab preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of community resources is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive work and attendance record.
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications.
  • Hybrid role with remote work and client-based activities.

Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO registration)
  • Recent experience in managing patients inacute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while supporting positive client outcomes
  • Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • A positive work and attendance record is essential
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications
  • This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
