CBI Home Health in Ottawa is hiring an Occupational Therapist to support patients at home as part of our Integrated Care Program. You will perform functional assessments, recommend equipment, and implement home modifications to promote safety and independence.

Qualifications

• You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
• Ability to travel within the Ottawa area (valid driver’s license and insurance required).

• You exercise good judgment and critical thinking in client care decisions.
• Known for your excellent communication skills, you thrive in both team settings and working independently.
