Job summary

SE Health in Canada seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, client-centered care in home and community settings. You will conduct assessments, set goals, and plan treatments within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team to maximize independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO registration).
• Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while supporting positive client outcomes.
• Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset.
• Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• A positive work and attendance record is essential.
• Ability to adapt to new computer applications.

Requirements

This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remote and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
