Job summary

SE Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver client-centered care across home and rehab/community settings in Canada. You will assess clients, set goals, and implement personalized treatment programs, building rapport and trust while supporting smooth coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes adaptable, compassionate care, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate community resources and technology within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited OT program and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO registration).
  • Experience in acute/rehab or community-based rehab preferred.
  • Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional, able to collaborate with rehab assistants and interdisciplinaries.
  • Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive work and attendance record.
  • Able to adapt to new computer applications.
  • Hybrid work model: remote and client-based in acute/rehab or community settings.

Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO registration)
  • Recent experience in managing patients inacute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
  • Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional, able to work effectively and collaboratively with rehab assistants as well as with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
  • Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • A positive work and attendance record is essential
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications
  • This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
