Job summary

SE Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver client-centered care across home and rehab settings in Ontario. The role emphasizes assessment, goal setting, and planning personalized, goal-directed treatment programs in a hybrid work model.

You will collaborate with rehab teams, coordinate with community resources, and adapt to new computer systems while maintaining strong professional standards and attendance.

Qualifications

• A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO registration).
• Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred.
• Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional, able to work effectively and collaboratively with rehab assistants as well as with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset.
• Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• A positive work and attendance record is essential.
• Ability to adapt to new computer applications.
• This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting.
