Oasis Fertility – Clinical Operations Director

Reporting to the Medical Director, the Clinical Operations Director (Director) is a contributing member of the leadership team and is responsible for the efficient, effective, and integrated operation of Oasis Fertility Clinic. The Director is responsible for leading a team of employees and third-party providers in the areas of Financial Management, Human Resources, Clinical Operations & Patient Experience, Regulatory & Compliance, Facility & Information Technology, Performance Metrics & Technology, Marketing & Business Development, and Special Projects & Process Improvement.
