Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team communication across a large group.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with engineering team and the engineering manager to maintain the engineering scope work breakdown structure.
• Communicate changes and updates from the engineering team to other project groups (i.e., scheduling, project controls, construction).
• Organize meetings (internal or client) as required by the engineering team and develop meeting minutes. Report on action items from engineering meetings for input to the Action Items Register.
• Coordinate requests for information to vendors/client as identified by the engineering team.
