Job summary

Aecon Group Inc. in Canada is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the nuclear life-extension and refurbishment program.

You will apply strong planning, coordination, and execution experience gained in complex, regulated environments to ensure safe, on-time delivery of major capital infrastructure projects. Direct nuclear experience isn't required; professionals with automotive, manufacturing, or similarly regulated backgrounds are encouraged to apply and will undergo structured onboarding

Qualifications

3–5+ years coordinating technically complex projects.
Experience with regulated environments or nuclear/industrial sectors is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with schedules, document control, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across engineering, construction, safety, and procurement.
Track progress, risks, action items, and dependencies; escalate issues as required.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes for stakeholders.
Support project controls, cost tracking, and change management.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
