Job summary

Aecon Group Inc. in Canada is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the nuclear life-extension and refurbishment program.

You will apply strong planning, coordination, and execution experience gained in complex, regulated environments to ensure safe, on-time delivery of major capital infrastructure projects. Direct nuclear experience isn't required; professionals with automotive, manufacturing, or similarly regulated backgrounds are encouraged to apply and will undergo structured onboarding

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years coordinating technically complex projects.
• Experience with regulated environments or nuclear/industrial sectors is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with schedules, document control, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across engineering, construction, safety, and procurement.
• Track progress, risks, action items, and dependencies; escalate issues as required.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes for stakeholders.
• Support project controls, cost tracking, and change management.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
