Job summary

Rolls Right Industries Ltd. is seeking a meticulous NSC Coordinator to manage driver compliance, onboarding, and documentation. You will maintain records in Excel and SharePoint, coordinate with the TT dispatch team, and ensure audits run smoothly.

This in-person role requires strong communication and cross-department collaboration to keep operations compliant and efficient. You will handle bi-weekly driver cheque administration, POD processing, and annual TDG-related updates while staying

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements (NSC standards preferred).
• Effective communication with drivers, dispatch, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor driver compliance records (MVI, insurance, PM, license, TDG).
• Onboard and offboard drivers; ensure documents are complete and up to date.
• Process Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation bi-weekly and manage driver paperwork accuracy.
