The incumbent leads the People Strategy Partnership team, provides matrix leadership to project teams, and aligns headcount, capabilities, and costs with strategic priorities while navigating a unionized

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR experience including senior advisory roles.
Experience leading organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
Proven leadership of HR professionals in a matrixed environment.
Strong background in change management, culture evolution, and large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic advisor to executive leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
Lead organization change management across multiple initiatives.
Coach on people strategy, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
Lead organization design and position management, ensuring alignment with job architecture.
Provide thought leadership on change management and workforce analytics.
Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement strategies and measurable outcomes.
Lead enterprise-wide workforce planning in partnership with Finance and business leaders.
