Job summary

Trojan Technologies, a Veralto company, seeks a Veralto Enterprise System Leader in North America to strengthen a culture of performance and operational excellence. The role focuses on building sustainable practices, improving business processes, and enabling teams to deliver stronger results through VES-aligned methods.

Located in London, Ontario, this hybrid position requires a minimum of 3 days per week in office and up to 25% international travel.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying continuous improvement, lean, or operational excellence practices with structured problem solving, visual and daily management, standard work, and transactional improvement.
• Ability to facilitate teams, learn new methods quickly, and sustain improvements with process owners.
• Proficiency in English (required).
• Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily implementation of continuous improvement and operational excellence practices across functions and frontline teams.
• Coach and guide daily management, standard work, and process discipline; support kaizen events.
• Audit processes and systems to identify actions for improvement and sustainment.
• Build capability in continuous improvement tools and kaizen techniques through onboarding and training.
• Partner with leaders and process owners to execute improvement priorities and remove barriers.
• Support planning, facilitation, and sustainment of kaizen events and other improvement activities.
