Job summary

Nutreco is seeking a Business & Market Intelligence Manager for North America. This remote role supports teams across the continent, with preferred proximity to Guelph, Indianapolis, or Calgary.

You will transform data into strategic insights, lead KPI governance, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to enable data-driven decisions. You will build dashboards, drive market intelligence initiatives, and identify growth opportunities while communicating insights to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Business Analytics, Economics, MBA, Finance, Engineering, Marketing)
• 5-7+ years in BI, analytics, market intelligence, or related analytical role in B2B

Responsibilities

• Transform internal data and external market intel into actionable insights for NA commercial performance
• Develop scalable BI reporting solutions and dashboards for leadership
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing, and IT to improve sales effectiveness and profitability
