AIM Recycling in Victoriaville is seeking a Non-Ferrous Receiver Labourer to join our team. The role focuses on receiving, sorting and handling non-ferrous metals, primarily indoors with some outdoor tasks.

This position is manual and physical, requiring reliability, teamwork, and safety‑minded individuals. You will work a daytime schedule, participate in training on equipment, and contribute to a dynamic, industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift or similar equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of different metals is an asset.
• Comfort with manual and physical work.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and identify non-ferrous metals.
• Unload, weigh, and classify materials; enter details into the system.
• Prepare incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Operate forklift safely.
• Keep workspace and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and PPE usage.
