F12.net in the Edmonton area seeks a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Analyst to support a major client, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of critical network and telecom infrastructure. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise networks while collaborating with OT, IT, and field teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Nokia and Cisco platforms, Linux, and WAN technologies, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-call environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Network Technology or related field.
• Nokia NRS, Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent experience.
• Experience with network operations in mid to large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong routing/switching knowledge: BGP, OSPF, STP, SNMP, SIP, VRRP.
• Experience with Nokia and Cisco platforms (IOS/NX-OS).
• Linux knowledge (Red Hat, Debian).
• Experience with WAN (MPLS, VSAT, LTE/Cellular, satellite).
• SCADA/OT network experience and familiarity with MQTT.
• Proficient in SolarWinds, Nokia NFM-P, Azure Networking, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise networks in a fast-paced environment.
• Support data transport and communications protocols including IP, MPLS, TCP/IP, MQTT.
• Design, document, and maintain telecommunications systems at multiple sites.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams, procedures, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with OT Field Operations, IT Networks, Security, and vendors.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents outside business hours.
• Support network security measures and protect sensitive data and systems.
