Job summary

Metro Supply Chain is seeking a Network Support Analyst to maintain and secure our enterprise network across offices, warehouses, data centres, and remote sites in Canada. You will manage Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and Cisco/Aruba switching and wireless environments, ensuring high availability and security.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, documenting networks, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, CS, or Network Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on network administration in a multi-site enterprise.
• Experience with Fortinet firewalls, Cisco/Aruba networking, VPN and SD-WAN.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, support, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across locations.
• Administer Fortinet firewalls, SD-WAN, VPN, policies, NAT, and routing.
• Configure Cisco/Aruba switching, routing, wireless, VLANs, and network segmentation.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents, performance issues, and outages per SLAs.
• Plan, test, and support network upgrades, deployments, and initiatives.
