Job summary

Southern Health-Santé Sudis seeking a Health Care Aide to support residents at Bethesda Regional Health Centre in Steinbach. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living under team leaders, following the care plan and established standards.

Qualifications include Grade 12, a Health Care Aide Certificate, and current BLS. You must be able to work nights and weekends and maintain confidentiality in a diverse setting.

Qualifications

• One to two years in health care preferred.
• HCA certificate and Grade 12 required.
• Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL support per care plan.
• Work under supervision of team leaders.
• Follow standards incl. PHIA, WHMIS and safety policies.
