Qualifications

• Home Care Attendant Certificate or Health Care Aide Certificate with community component from a recognized post-secondary institute.
• Bilingual ability in English and French is essential for designated bilingual positions.
• Requires a valid Class 5 driver’s license with an insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and home support to clients as assigned.
• Work independently within an established plan of care and demonstrate initiative.
• Travel to client homes and regional facilities as duties require.
• Evenings and weekends may be required to meet client needs.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with organizational policies.
