Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Cornwall, Ontario is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I to oversee inbound/outbound processes within the Warehouse Management System and support daily production needs.

You will coordinate schedules, communicate with carriers, and assist across warehouse operations. This full-time position is a 6-month contract with a wage of CAD 25.97 per hour plus a 1.25 CAD shift differential, working Monday to Thursday nights.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• One year or more clerical or warehouse experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring forms for day-to-day operations are completed accurately.
• Create/maintain daily dock schedules; coordinate with carriers and update load statuses.
• Interacts with customers and contractors regarding shipment times and loads.
• Make quick, reliable decisions that balance customer and Ryder interests.
• Perform basic administrative tasks.
• Support after-hours client needs via rotation and remote equipment as required.
• Process Small Package in Warehouse Management System.
