Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Toronto is seeking an Inventory and Warehousing Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination, inventory control, and customer support for warehousing and value-added services. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers, Customer Service, and warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory management and efficient workflows.

The role focuses on accuracy, timely execution, and delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting profitability.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of warehousing, inventory control, logistics, customer service, or supply chain operations experience.
• Experience using WMS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong inventory management and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and operational reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate inventory receipts, storage, transfers, and outbound shipments.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and variances.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Monitor inventory aging and identify at-risk inventory.
• Provide inventory reports and records for customers.
• Create and manage work orders for warehousing and value-added services.
• Schedule inbound, outbound, and storage-related activities.
• Ensure documentation is complete and transactions are accurate.
• Monitor workflow progress and address operational issues.
• Verify storage, handling, and value-added activities are documented for invoicing.
• Ensure all billable services are captured.
• Prepare customer reports, inventory summaries, and performance updates.
