Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Brantford, Ontario is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to manage daily warehousing and distribution for customer products. You will track inventory, support KPI reporting, and oversee cycle counts and related processes.

The role requires 2+ years in inventory and supervisory experience, with strong analytical, communication, and Lean/WMS knowledge. Work hours are Mon-Fri with early morning shifts; comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Two (2) years or more in manufacturing/production/distribution inventory required.
• Two (2) years or more supervisory experience required.
• Two (2) years or more PC Inventory and accounting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support the facility KPI targets including GMP, safety, quality, productivity, sanitation, and maintenance; maintain daily KPI reports.
• Develop and maintain inventory control systems for ongoing and future facility needs.
• Develop and manage the facility cycle count program and the inventory recoup/repack/return/recycle program.
• Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues and office support to the I/O Coordinators and receiving/shipping office personnel.
• Facilitates and executes the hold process for local site.
• Track day-to-day facility inventory costs as they affect KPI’s and communicate results to the team.
• Ensure daily communications and shift meetings provide necessary information for employees to perform well.
