Dimensions is hiring two female Support Workers to join our waking night team in Newmarket. You will work 22 hours per week on 11-hour nights from 8:30pm to 7:30am, including alternate weekends.

The role includes night-time personal care, medication administration, and helping with household tasks while ensuring a safe, comfortable home. We value emotional resilience and experience with anxiety or distress.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or similar care role is essential.
• Experience supporting people with anxiety or distress would be beneficial.
• Waking night experience would be advantageous.

Mansioni

• Work 22 contracted hours per week on 11-hour night shifts from 8:30pm to 7:30am.
• Provide personal care, administer medication, and support with household tasks.
• Promote wellbeing, monitor wellbeing, and help the person maintain routines.
• Respond calmly to changing situations while lone-working.
