Job summary

Grace Harbour Home Health is seeking Overnight Support Workers to provide non-medical nighttime supervision and assistance, ensuring client comfort and safety during evening and overnight hours.

Responsibilities include companionship, assisting with toileting and mobility, monitoring safety, and communicating updates to families and care coordinators. Experience in home care is preferred; First Aid & CPR are required, with the ability to work overnights and remain calm and dependable.
