NIGHT SUPERVISOR
Reporting to the Lodging Manager, the Night Supervisor actively participates in overseeing night operations with the goal of exceeding guest needs and expectations.

YOUR ROLE IS CRUCIAL

• To provide exceptional, high-standard service to our guests when taking reservations, during check-in and check-out, and in response to all requests;
• Ensure the application of customer service standards;
• Verify the day’s transactions;
• Check-in and check-out guests;
• Take and forward telephone calls;
• Park guest vehicles;
• Any other tasks deemed necessary for the smooth running of the department.

WE NEED YOU IF

• Relevant experience in a reception department in a hotel environment;
• Oral and written bilingualism (essential);
• Good driving record and ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles;
• Hotel management training an asset;
• Good knowledge of reception software (Opera, an asset);
• Good knowledge of the Office Suite;
• Autonomy and initiative;
• Organizational skills;
• Concern for a job well done;
• Team spirit;
• Tact and diplomacy.
