Responsibilities
  1. Set short and long-term goals aligned with corporate objectives.
  2. Sell products to new and existing customers within an assigned region to meet or exceed quotas.
  3. Engage prospective customers to assess needs and deliver sales presentations.
  4. Develop business opportunities, respond to RFPs, and prepare proposals.
  5. Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, and development teams.
  6. Maintain knowledge of Aruba Networks products to support sales efforts.
  7. Handle pre-sales activities as needed.
  8. Maintain sales records and provide reports.
  9. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  10. Maintain a 90-day rolling forecast.
  11. Manage evaluation programs and understand regional competition and market conditions.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • High energy and motivation for sales.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to customer needs.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas with integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple objectives and clients.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or sales management.
