Join the Adventure! Sightseeing Ticket Agent – Gray Line - Coach Canada

As part of the Gray Line brand—known globally for exceptional tours—you’ll be helping visitors make the most of their time with memorable, guided experiences across Montreal, Quebec.

Location: Montreal, Quebec
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time, Seasonal
Compensation: $17.75 per hour

Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and assist customers at ticket counters and tourist information centers
  2. Sell tour packages, issue tickets, and handle cash and credit transactions
  3. Provide information on local attractions, tour schedules, and pricing
  4. Maintain accurate records of bookings and sales
  5. Work closely with dispatchers and tour guides to coordinate guest boarding and departures
  6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service, sales, or retail experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic computer programs
  • Ability to speak and communicate in both English and French
  • Multilingual skills (especially French, Spanish, or Mandarin) are an asset
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
