Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be available to work Sunday–Thursday nights 10:30pm–7:00am.
• FoodSafe Level 1 Certification is an asset.
• Familiar with cash register operations is an asset.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform prep work: washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Carry pans, kettles and trays safely between stations.
• Store food with proper dating, wrapping and rotation.
• Set up items for daily sale and service.
• Clean work areas and manage waste per procedures.
• Provide service and cashiering in all retail areas.
• Ensure proper food temperatures and portion control.
• Assist customers and relay concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance.
