Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Night Sanitation Supervisor to oversee essential cleaning operations during evening shifts at their Kimberley facilities. You will lead a team, implement cleaning protocols, and ensure a pristine, safe working environment that meets hygiene standards.

The role requires strong leadership, reliability, and knowledge of health and safety regulations, with responsibilities including supervising tasks, training staff, managing supplies, and reporting shift

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sanitation supervisor or similar leadership role, preferably with night shift experience.
• Solid knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and best practices in sanitation.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to cleaning operations.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Sanitation Supervisor to oversee essential cleaning and sanitation operations during evening shifts at their facilities in Kimberley . This role is critical for ensuring a pristine and safe working environment that meets stringent hygiene standards. You will lead a team of sanitation staff, manage daily operations, implement effective cleaning protocols, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership skills to manage night shift operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the night shift sanitation team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to standard.
• Implement and enforce established cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas during the shift to ensure quality and identify any issues.
• Manage the inventory and distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment for the night shift.
• Train and mentor new sanitation staff, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and safety requirements.
• Liaise with management to report on shift activities, operational challenges, and team performance.

Requirements
