Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Night Sanitation Supervisor to oversee essential cleaning operations during evening shifts at their Kimberley facilities. You will lead a team, implement cleaning protocols, and ensure a pristine, safe working environment that meets hygiene standards.

The role requires strong leadership, reliability, and knowledge of health and safety regulations, with responsibilities including supervising tasks, training staff, managing supplies, and reporting shift

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sanitation supervisor or similar leadership role, preferably with night shift experience.
• Solid knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and best practices in sanitation.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to cleaning operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the night shift sanitation team to complete tasks to standard.
• Enforce cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
• Inspect work areas during shift to ensure quality and identify issues.
• Manage inventory and distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Train and mentor new sanitation staff on responsibilities and safety.
