About the Role

Our client, a reputable catering service operating in Kimberley , requires a diligent and hardworking Kitchen Porter / Steward to maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment. This role is fundamental to ensuring a safe and efficient working space for the culinary team. You will be responsible for dishwashing, general cleaning of kitchen areas, waste disposal, and assisting chefs with basic preparation tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, and committed to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation, playing a crucial part in the smooth operation of the kitchen for all events in the Northern Cape.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment used in the kitchen.
