Qualifications

• Proven experience in a specialized cleaning role.
• Proficiency with a variety of cleaning equipment and techniques for industrial/commercial settings.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in cleaning operations.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different sites within Kimberley region.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized cleaning tasks such as high-pressure washing, deep carpet cleaning, and facade cleaning.
• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning machinery and equipment, including industrial vacuums and steam cleaners.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, including the safe handling and storage of chemicals and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with client site managers to schedule and execute cleaning services efficiently.
• Conduct site assessments to determine the best approach for specialized cleaning tasks.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and any encountered issues.
