Job summary

McKesson Canada is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee the night operations in Brampton. You will drive productivity, maintain staff morale, and enforce safety programs across the distribution center.

Key duties include scheduling, adherence to SOPs, continuous improvement, safety training, and incident investigations. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with 3+ years in leadership and experience in distribution environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is an asset.
• Clear CPIC check is required.
• Personal Security Clearance – Consent and Certification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role.
• Experience in a distribution center/warehouse/manufacture environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift operations per policies and procedures.
• Maintain productivity, morale and staff cooperation.
• Enforce Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations and McKesson policies.
• Communicate night staff schedules and approve vacations.
• Plan continuous improvement within the distribution center.
• Ensure safe operating procedures and PPE are followed.
• Conduct safety talks, inspections and incident investigations.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching.
• Produce daily shift updates and address employee inquiries.
• Organize replenishment and ensure sufficient product at pick faces.
