Qualifications

• Typically Requires 3+ years of leadership experience with frontline employees.
• Experience managing workflow and productivity in fast-paced environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and distribution centre operations.
• Assign work, manage staffing, and adjust resources to meet goals.
• Monitor productivity, quality, service, and safety performance.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.
• Conduct performance discussions and provide feedback.
• Promote a positive, accountable, team-focused environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and service levels.
• Review reports and operational metrics to inform decisions.
• Partner with transportation, inventory, customer service, and other teams.
