Job summary

Lactalis Canada in Brampton is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years in food production supervision, a college or university degree, shift flexibility for night hours, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office; base salary ranges from 70,100 to 87,600 CAD plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years experience in food production supervision.
• HACCP exposure preferred.
• Supervisory responsibilities under safety regulations and collective agreements where applicable.
• Ability to diagnose and coordinate activities to resolve manufacturing issues in food production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations at the Brampton plant.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure safety, quality, yield and cost targets.
• Ensure GMP and SOP adherence and coordinate sanitation and maintenance activities.
