Job summary

Wonderbrands in Etobicoke, ON is seeking a Mixer Operator for the nights shift (11pm–7am). You will scale ingredients, fill mixers, and monitor dough quality to meet recipe specifications.

Ideal candidates have bakery or food-manufacturing experience, familiarity with SAP, good math skills, and a collaborative, safety-conscious work style.

This role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Previous mixer experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience with baking processes and dough handling is advantageous.
• SAP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scale ingredients per recipes and prepare dough for fermentation.
• Load and mix ingredients in correct sequence and monitor dough quality.
• Maintain sanitation, follow GMPs and health and safety policies.
