Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. in Brampton, ON is hiring a Baker Mixer for the night shift from 11pm to 7am. The role involves mixing raw materials per batch recipes and ensuring equipment operates within specifications to produce high-quality finished products.

The position requires completion of high school and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience; food manufacturing experience is an asset. The work is in a fast-paced, automated facility with emphasis on safety and quality control.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtains and reviews all documentation for making batches.
• Stages and prepares ingredients for blends and mixes as needed for production according to batch sheets and formulas.
• Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment including cleaning and inspection.
• Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMPs and Health and Safety.
• Regularly monitor that the product confirms to quality and safety specifications.
• Strictly follows recipes to make product batches and feed production lines.
• Accurately enters mix records onto computer in a timely manner.
• Participate in changeovers and clean-up or sanitation of equipment.

Job Overview:

Under the general supervision of the Line Leader or Production Supervisor, the Baker Mixer's primary responsibility is to mix raw materials in order to create finished products according to the batch recipes. They will ensure that equipment is operated within process specifications and that good quality products are produced at all times.

Location:

- Brampton, ON

Shift:

Night- 11pm-7am
