Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification as a Millwright is required.
• Minimum of four years of maintenance experience in a relevant setting.
• Experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience managing teams across multiple shifts and keeping safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of all plant equipment and systems.
• Maintain the facility's appearance and functionality.
• Assist with or lead CAPEX projects as assigned.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs to ensure product quality and safety.
• Promote a safe working environment by monitoring plant activities.
• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks using a CMMS.
