Job summary

Qualifications

• Millwright certification is required.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Strong data entry and computer systems skills.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, welding, pipe fitting, or PLC programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintenance, installation, and modernization of production systems.
• Ensure preventative maintenance and document it accurately.
• Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
• Diagnose electrical malfunctions with appropriate test equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues within required timeframes.
• Maintain safety compliance for personnel and equipment.
• Process paperwork for repairs and maintenance activities.
• Train production employees on equipment setup, operation, and procedures.
• Participate in projects and rebuilds, including safety procedure updates.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and employee safety policies.
