Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and visitors.
• Manage reception duties, telephone services, mail, repairs, and payments.
• Uphold safety and security of the building as first aider and fire marshal.
• Welcome new residents, address complaints, and report concerns.
• Work with a welcoming team of housing advisors to support residents.
