Langdon Hall Country House Hotel & Spa is seeking a part-time Night Front Desk Manager to oversee overnight front desk operations, audits, and guest inquiries. You will lead the night team, ensure smooth check-ins and safety while maintaining our brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly financial audits and reconcile transactions across hotel, restaurant, spa, and events.
• Prepare, balance, and verify room charges, taxes, and payments with accuracy.
• Serve as the primary overnight contact for guests, resolving inquiries promptly.
• Supervise front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Monitor property safety and security, respond to incidents, and conduct property walks.
• Lead and support the night team, coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

About the Role

We are currently hiring for the position of part time Night Front Desk Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting nightly financial audits and reconciling transactions across hotel, restaurant, spa, and events operations
• Preparing, balancing, and verifying all room charges, taxes, and payments with accuracy
• Serving as the primary overnight contact for guests, resolving inquiries, concerns, and emergencies promptly and professionallyi>
• Supervising front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Monitoring property safety and security, responding to incidents and conducting regular property walks
• Leading and supporting the night team, coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional service aligned with brand standards

Pay & Schedule

• Wage: $21.50 per hour
• Schedule: Friday-Sunday Evenings; Weekends and Holidays required. Training Period will be Full-Time Hours for first month of employment
• Start Date: ASAP
