Langdon Hall is hiring for the Front Server role (PM Shifts) in Ontario. You will deliver warm, polished service, take orders with strong menu knowledge, and coordinate with kitchen to ensure a seamless, memorable dining experience. 1–2 years in fine dining and a Smart Serve certification are preferred.

We offer full-time or part-time positions with PM shifts, a dynamic team, and a collaborative work culture in a luxury hospitality setting. Start date is as soon as possible.

About the Role

We are currently hiring for the position of full time or part time Front Server (PM Shifts). In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering warm, polished, guest-focused service, creating a welcoming and memorable fine-dining experience.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating strong menu knowledge and offering thoughtful recommendations.
• Managing assigned tables and sections efficiently, ensuring proper timing, pacing, and coordination with the kitchen.
• Maintaining exceptional table presentation by setting, resetting, and clearing tables to Langdon Hall standards.
• Collaborating closely with Back Servers, Captains, Supervisors, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service flow.
• Upholding cleanliness, safety, and service standards while contributing positively to a respectful, team-oriented workplace.

• Has 1–2 years of serving experience, ideally within fine dining or luxury hospitality
• Communicates with confidence, warmth, and professionalism when engaging with guests and teammates

• Demonstrates solid food and beverage knowledge; wine knowledge is considered an asset
• Brings strong multitasking skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Holds a valid Smart Serve certification
• Is available to work weekends and holidays

Pay & Schedule

• Wage: $17.95 per hour + Gratuities
• Schedule: Full-Time or Part-time, PM shifts.
• Start Date: As soon as possible
