Job Description:

Our stores operate 24 hours a day, even when no customers are present. Our night crew works during the night to ensure the store is ready for the next day. Responsibilities include receiving product deliveries, sorting, stocking shelves, and maintaining store standards. If you're a night owl who works efficiently and independently, consider applying for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Train and motivate staff
• Delegate and prioritize workload for staff
• Merchandise advertising and promotional programs
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
• Receive, handle, and store products effectively
• Ensure proper product rotation and pricing integrity
• Perform other duties to ensure courteous service, competitive pricing, and hygiene standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• Understanding of the discount food store concept focusing on low prices
• Experience with merchandising, invoice checking, and maintaining cleanliness
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to manage people and work with minimal supervision
• Accountability for store operations in the absence of a manager, including key responsibilities, loss prevention, and health and safety
